GRE Test Dates for 2024 in India

You can retake the GRE General Test once every 21 days, up to a maximum of five times within a continuous 12-month period (365 days). This limit applies even if you previously cancelled scores from a test.

GRE Subject Test Dates

The GRE Subject Test is preferred by students who wish to demonstrate skills in a particular subject area. The GRE Subject Test will cost you INR 14,500.

Taken only as a paper-based test, the GRE subject test is conducted three times a year, in the months of October, November, and February.

The GRE Subject Tests will be offered worldwide on the following dates in the 2024-25 testing year:

• April 7, 2024, through April 20, 2024
• September 16, 2024, through September 24, 2024
• October 17, 2024, through October 30, 2024
• April 21, 2025, through May 4, 2025

You can take a GRE Subject Test once every 14 days. This applies even if you canceled your scores on a test taken previously.

GRE Dates for Rescheduling/ Cancellation
