GRE Test Dates for 2025 in India

The GRE test can be taken once every 21 days, up to 5 times in a year. This limit applies even if you previously canceled your test scores.

Being the most preferred test by students across the globe, the GRE General Exam is conducted all year round for INR 22,550. This test can be taken on paper or online. The choice is yours.

GRE Subject Test Dates

GRE Subject test can be taken once every 14 days. This applies even if you previously cancelled scores from a test.

The GRE Subject Test is preferred by students who wish to demonstrate skills in a particular subject area. The GRE Subject Test will cost you INR 14,500.

Taken only as a paper-based test, the GRE subject test is conducted three times a year, in the months of April, September, and October.

The GRE Subject Tests will be offered worldwide on the following dates in the 2025 testing year:

How to Cancel or Reschedule GRE Exam Dates?

To reschedule or cancel your GRE exam, follow these steps:

• Log in to your ETS account and go to the "My GRE" section.
• Contact GRE services by phone 1800-120-0371 (Toll-Free for India)
• Email at GRESupport4India@ets.org

Note:

• Cancel or reschedule the GRE exam at least 4 days before your test date.
• GRE Reschedule fee for Indian students is INR 5,000.
• The GRE cancellation fee is approximately 50% of the exam fee, i.e. INR 11,250.
